Common problems
Common Liebherr problems are a refrigerator that runs too warm, a BioFresh drawer that is too cold or too warm, an IceMaker that stops, ice or condensation in the freezer and a wine-cabinet fan that keeps running. Several have a first check: the door and ventilation, the BioFresh setting (the drawer normally runs just above 32°F), the IceMaker switch, drawer and water connection, and a door seal that has slipped from its groove. We check cooling, drawer temperatures and ice production and quote the repair.
A door not fully closed, blocked ventilation or room temperature outside the appliance’s climate class can leave a Liebherr refrigerator warm. Check that the door closes and ventilation is clear. If cooling remains poor, arrange service for the affected compartment.
Liebherr refrigerator is too warmA Liebherr BioFresh drawer normally runs just above 32°F. A changed setting can leave it warmer or colder than expected. Check the BioFresh setting in your model instructions; if temperatures remain wrong, book refrigerator service.
Liebherr refrigerator BioFresh drawer is too warm or too coldA switched-off Liebherr IceMaker, an open ice drawer or a closed water connection can stop cubes forming. Check that ice making is on, its drawer is shut and water is available. If production stays stopped, arrange ice maker repair.
