- Do I need a Fort Lauderdale address to book Broward service?
- No. Our Broward coverage includes the 25 places listed, including Weston, Hollywood, Parkland and Pembroke Pines. Give your property’s actual municipality and street address; service is not limited to homes within the City of Fort Lauderdale.
- Are Weston and Parkland included for fitted kitchen repairs?
- Yes. Both places are covered for supported premium appliances, including built-in refrigeration, cooking and dishwashing. Name the manufacturer and affected equipment so the appointment addresses the faulty unit rather than every appliance behind matching cabinetry.
- Can you repair an appliance in a Hollywood condo?
- Yes. Hollywood residences, including condos, are within our service. Include the building and apartment, and confirm any management service-access arrangement when agreeing on the window. A condominium address does not by itself change the pricing policy.
- How quickly can you visit my Broward home?
- A technician can come today or tomorrow, seven days a week. Calls are answered 24/7. Some diagnosed repairs need a part ordered for a return visit, so the arrival timing should be understood separately from completion of the repair.
- Do you also cover Miramar, West Park and Dania Beach?
- Yes. These are separate Broward municipalities within our coverage, alongside the other places listed. Use the full property address and identify the kitchen or laundry appliance so the request is tied to your residence and the required repair.
- Can I include a refrigerator and an oven in one request?
- Yes. Describe both faults and the manufacturer of each appliance. The $145 diagnostic is per appliance and credited toward that appliance’s repair; it is paid on its own only if you decide not to repair. Separate units keep their own diagnosis even at the same property.
- Can a property manager arrange Broward appliance service?
- Yes. Managers can arrange repair for a covered residence. Include the appliance, its fault and the full address, along with any property-specific access requirement that must fit the appointment and the arrangement for making the repair decision.
- Do you work on furniture-covered appliances?
- Yes. Supported integrated refrigeration and dishwashers, built-in ovens and drawer equipment are included. Leave the panel and appliance fitted, and describe any changed closing or clearance issue so the technician can assess both the operation and the installed fit.
- Will a waterfront or gated address add a repair markup?
- No. We charge market prices without a markup because of the home or address. The fault, necessary parts and work determine the quoted repair, and that price is explained before work begins at the Broward property.
- Is Spanish available when arranging the visit?
- Yes. We speak Spanish throughout our Broward coverage. You can discuss the appliance problem and arrange the appointment in Spanish, using your description of the fault rather than the technical name of a component.
