Common problems
Common BlueStar problems are a range that keeps clicking after a burner lights, a PowR Oven burner that is slow to light, an electric wall oven that is on but not heating, and a refrigerator that keeps its lights on without cooling or builds up frost. Several have a first check you can make: let burners dry after cleaning, allow the PowR Oven burner up to one minute to ignite, and check Showroom mode on a PRO built-in refrigerator. We check ignition, heating and cooling and quote the repair before work.
Wet burners, an ungrounded outlet or incorrect electrical polarity can keep a BlueStar range clicking after ignition. Let burners dry after cleaning. If clicking continues, arrange range repair so our technician can check ignition and the electrical supply.
BlueStar range keeps clicking after the burner lightsThe BlueStar PowR Oven power burner can take up to one minute to ignite while its indicator is on. If it does not light or the oven stays cold, arrange service for the PowR Oven heating problem.
