We diagnose the appliance at your home and give the repair price before starting. The $145 diagnostic is per appliance and counts toward the repair when you proceed.
Repair with original parts
We use original certified parts directly from the manufacturer. If the needed part is not on hand, we order it from the manufacturer and return to install it.
Parts and labor covered
The repair carries a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. Keep the repair details so you can refer to the appliance and work if you contact us again.

Diagnosis and repair are two decisions. We explain the fault and the repair price before work, with the diagnostic charge credited when you choose to proceed.
The price before work
You receive the repair price after the appliance is diagnosed and before work starts. Our market pricing does not add a premium because of your home or address.
Original manufacturer parts
Replacement parts are original certified parts sourced directly from the manufacturer. When a part needs ordering, installation follows on a return visit.

We work with property managers and realtors serving premium homes. The repair request can be made by the person organizing service for the property, rather than only by the resident.

Book as a property manager or realtor for the home you represent. Give the appliance brand, the fault, the property address and any building-entry information needed for the visit.
One appliance or several
A house may have separate refrigerator and freezer columns, a wine cabinet and more than one oven. Identify each appliance needing repair; the diagnostic price applies to each appliance, not to the kitchen as a whole.
