Privacy policy
Effective:
This policy explains what information Luxury Appliances Service collects when you use luxuryapplianceservices.com, call or text (786) 808-7771, email us or have an appliance repaired in Miami-Dade, Broward or Palm Beach counties, Florida, and what we do with it.
Information you share for an appliance repair
The online booking form asks for your name, phone number, repair address (including an apartment or suite, if applicable), preferred visit date and arrival window, and whether you are booking as a homeowner or a property representative. You also provide the appliance, brand, problem and any notes you choose to add.
When you call, text or email us, we receive your phone number or email address, the content of your messages and anything you attach, such as photos of the appliance or its model plate.
During a service visit, the technician records the appliance model and serial number, the fault found, the parts used, photos of the appliance and its installation when needed for the repair, and the amount, method and date of payment. This website does not collect payment card details.
Call recordings and text messages about your appliance repair
Incoming and outgoing calls with Luxury Appliances Service may be recorded, and you are told at the start of the call when it is. A call to (786) 808-7771 may be answered by a member of our team or by an AI voice assistant. The assistant may record the call, transcribe it and prepare a summary for our team.
Our phone and text messaging provider, Quo, and the provider of our AI voice assistant store call recordings, transcripts, summaries and text messages for us. Texts are described in the text message and call terms, including how to reply STOP.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, other than the providers that deliver our messages.
How Luxury Appliances Service uses information
We use your information to:
- respond to your request, schedule the visit and contact you about it by phone, text or email;
- diagnose and repair the appliance, order parts and honor the 90-day warranty;
- send estimates, invoices and receipts and keep accounting and tax records;
- check service quality, train our team and resolve complaints or disputes;
- keep the website working, measure its use and block spam or abuse;
- comply with the law and protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information.
Address search for your appliance repair
When you type into address search, the text you enter is sent to Geoapify and Photon (operated by komoot) to find matching addresses. The address check for our service area uses Geoapify. These services receive the search text and the network information needed to answer the request, such as your IP address.
You can choose “Enter address manually” in the booking form to enter your street, city and ZIP code without further address-search requests. Text entered into search before switching may already have been sent. Your completed repair address is included in your booking request when you submit it.
Google Analytics and cookies
The live website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand website visits and actions. It records a phone-link click as a call attempt and a successful booking-form submission as an online booking event. A phone-link click does not tell us whether a call was completed.
Google Analytics uses cookies and browser identifiers and receives page, browser, device and network information, and Google may collect information about your browsing over time and across websites. The call-click event sends the link text, and the booking event sends the method “online_booking”; these event fields do not include your name, address, phone number or repair notes. Apart from Google Analytics, this website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can block Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser. This website does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
How long appliance repair records are kept and how they are protected
We keep information as long as it is needed for the repair, the warranty and our accounting records, and longer only when the law requires it or to resolve a dispute.
Vercel hosts this website and handles the web requests needed to display pages and accept repair requests. The booking endpoint uses your IP address and request times to limit repeated submissions. Booking details are delivered to our company email through MXroute.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, including limiting access to people who need it. No system is completely secure. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by Florida law.
Asking Luxury Appliances Service to show, correct or delete your information
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing office@luxuryapplianceservices.com. Tell us which repair request or correspondence you mean so we can identify it; we may ask you to confirm your identity. We may keep information we need for an open repair, the warranty, accounting or legal obligations, and we tell you if that applies.
You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP, and opt out of Google Analytics as described above.
