90-day limited repair warranty on parts and labor
Effective:
Luxury Appliances Service repairs premium household appliances in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, Florida. Every completed repair carries this 90-day limited warranty on the parts we install and our labor.
What the 90-day warranty covers
This warranty covers the parts Luxury Appliances Service installed in the repair and our labor in installing them, against defects in those parts and in our workmanship.
If a covered part fails or our workmanship proves faulty during the warranty period, we will, at our choice, repair the fault or replace the part. A covered warranty repair costs you nothing for the part, the labor or the visit.
Who the warranty covers
The warranty covers the repaired appliance at the address where we did the work, for its owner, whether the owner booked the repair directly or through a representative such as a property manager.
When the 90 days start and end
The 90 days start on the date the repair is completed and run for 90 calendar days. If the repair took more than one visit, the date of the visit when it was completed counts. Coverage applies once the repair has been paid in full.
A part replaced under this warranty is covered for the rest of the original 90 days; a warranty repair does not start a new period.
What the warranty does not cover
This warranty does not cover:
- other parts of the appliance that we did not replace, even if they fail later;
- a new problem that is not related to our repair;
- damage caused by misuse, accident, power surges, lightning, flooding, fire or pests, or by the installation, venting, water supply or electrical supply of the appliance;
- a problem caused by anyone other than Luxury Appliances Service repairing, adjusting or opening the appliance after our repair;
- a part you supplied yourself; if we agreed to install it, only our labor is covered;
- filters, bulbs, batteries, cosmetic finishes and normal wear;
- problems caused by not following the manufacturer’s care instructions, such as using unfiltered water or skipping descaling;
- appliances in restaurants, offices or other commercial kitchens. Appliances in homes that are rented out are covered.
If the technician finds that the problem is not covered, the technician explains why and quotes the repair before doing any work. That visit is charged as a regular $145 diagnostic, credited toward the repair if you approve it.
How to make a warranty claim
- Call or text (786) 808-7771 or email office@luxuryapplianceservices.com during the 90 days. Give your name, the repair address, the date of the repair and a short description of the problem.
- If continued use could cause damage — for example, a leak or a gas smell — stop using the appliance and turn off its supply if it is safe to do so.
- We schedule a visit and arrange access with you. Please do not have anyone else work on the appliance before we inspect it.
- The technician inspects the repair and, if the problem is covered, repairs it at no charge.
