Possible causes: The door not fully closed; a stuck flood float.
Check first: Check that the door is closed firmly, without forcing it.
When to call: The tub stays dry. We inspect the float and water feed; normal supply pressure for this configuration is 20–120 psi.
A GE Monogram dishwasher that will not run can have a power or lock setting you can check before booking a repair.
Possible causes: A blown fuse or tripped breaker; power switched off, for example at a wall switch; a locked control panel.
Check first: Check the house breaker, any installation wall switch and the lock setting.

Possible causes: Low inlet water temperature (applicable fully integrated controls call for at least 120°F); an empty rinse-agent dispenser.
Check first: Refill the rinse agent and select Power Dry or Max Dry where your controls offer it.
When to call: Dishes stay wet. We inspect heating and water supply.
