On Legacy Designer (IT, IC, ID) freezer drawers, a three-part Sub-Zero code names the failed circuit: 10 1 11 is a zone 1 evaporator sensor short, 15 4 00 a defrost relay stuck open and 45 1 01 a lighting circuit short. Write down the full message and do not open electrical panels. We check the affected sensor, relay or circuit, then quote the repair.
