- Is South Beach included in your Sub-Zero service?
- Yes. South Beach addresses, including South of Fifth, are within our Miami Beach coverage. Tell us whether you need work on the main refrigerator, a separate freezer or smaller bar refrigeration so the appointment is for the correct appliance.
- Do you come to Normandy Isles and North Beach?
- Yes. Normandy Isles and North Beach are covered as parts of Miami Beach. Use the complete residential address, and add the apartment or island name where it helps identify the property.
- Can a property manager arrange an island residence visit?
- Yes. A property manager can arrange Sub-Zero service for the residence. Include the fault and any access arrangement for that property when agreeing on the window; a building’s own service requirements still need to be confirmed with its management.
- How soon can you visit my Miami Beach home?
- A technician can come today or tomorrow, seven days a week. Calls are answered 24/7. If the diagnosed repair needs a part that is not on hand, we order it and arrange a return rather than promising that arrival and completion are the same event.
- Do I need to pull my refrigerator out before the appointment?
- No. Leave the Sub-Zero fitted, with panels and trim attached. Describe any rubbing door or restricted opening when you call; the technician determines what access the repair needs instead of you moving heavy built-in equipment.
- Can I book only the ice machine in the apartment bar?
- Yes. A dedicated bar ice machine can receive its own service even when the refrigerator and freezer are working. Say that it is a separate undercounter appliance and whether it has stopped making ice, leaks or has drainage trouble.
- Does an island address change your pricing policy?
- No. We charge market prices without a markup because of the home or address. The diagnosed fault and the required repair determine the quote for a Miami Beach house or condo, and you receive that price before work begins.
- What if both refrigerator and freezer columns need attention?
- Include both in the request and describe the trouble in each. The diagnostic is charged per appliance and credited toward that appliance’s repair; you pay it on its own only if you decide not to repair. Matching panels do not make separate columns one appliance.
- Is Miami Beach the same service location as Miami?
- Miami Beach and the City of Miami are separate cities. We cover both, but the complete property address keeps an island visit distinct from a mainland kitchen in Brickell, Downtown or Coconut Grove.
- Can I explain the Sub-Zero problem in Spanish?
- Yes. We speak Spanish and can arrange the Miami Beach visit in Spanish. You can describe the appliance’s behavior in your own words rather than needing the English name of a refrigeration part.
