A sounding Miele door alarm can mean a door that has not closed fully or is out of alignment.
Possible causes: On a K 2602 Vi MasterCool column, a door open longer than three minutes; on KFNF 9959 iDE, a misaligned door that needs hinge adjustment.
Check first: Close the door fully and check for obstructions.
When to call: The door stays misaligned. We assess its fit and handle the adjustment rather than asking you to work on a heavy fitted door.
Condensation on Miele door seals can come from room conditions and a setting you can change.
Possible causes: High humidity combined with low room temperature.
Check first: On KFNF 9959 iDE, check the door-seal heater setting. On other models, check your own model’s settings and the room conditions.
When to call: Condensation continues or a seal does not close properly. We inspect the seal and door closure.
Humming, gurgling and clicking from a Miele refrigerator can be normal operating noises.
Possible causes: Compressor hum; refrigerant gurgling; thermostat clicks.
When to call: A new noise comes with poor cooling or a recurring warning. Book an assessment; our technician compares the sound with the symptoms you report on your model.

Miele refrigerators show few codes: on MasterCool columns, F with “Please contact Miele Technical Service” signals a fault with an alarm and “Close the door” means the door is open, while on the KFNF 9959 iDE, F0 to F5 indicate a fault. Close the door fully, write down the complete message and do not open panels or work on the sealed system. We check door sealing, cooling and controls, then quote the repair.
