A Dacor oven door that stays locked after Self Clean may still be too hot, Self Clean will not start while Control Lockout is on, a consistent temperature offset can be corrected with Temp adjust, and a combination oven will not convection-cook with its upper door open; fan cycling and steam-heater boiling sounds are normal. What does C-d0 mean on a Dacor single oven?: A control key has registered as shorted for one minute. Stop cooking and check for a key that remains pressed without opening the control panel. Arrange service if the message returns.
What does C-d1 mean on a Dacor single oven?: The door lock is out of position. Let the oven cool and do not force the door. We inspect the latch and controls if the cool door stays locked or the message returns.
What does C-F0 mean on a Dacor single oven?: Communication between the main and secondary control boards has stopped. Stop cooking and arrange a control-system check if the message persists.
